I am Director of Information Technology and Communication Services at Tioga County, NY where I manage all aspects of technology infrastructure for the county. In addition, I work as a consultant on a per-project basis at Forward Business Solutions.

My work has varied from being an expert witness in legal cases to web development and varied technology consulting projects. I also try to be a very active civic participant through my job and volunteer locally in organizations such as Visions FCU, Luma Projection Arts Festival, SpiedieFest and more.
